Chain 0 is not functioning properly, as many chips are returning 0. This is could be due to either a shortage of cores in the chips or incorrect voltage.
One approach is to integrate the boards into the complete device and run it. Use extended ribbon cables for testing, and if any errors occur, take out the hashboard and measure which specific signals are causing the issues.
