HMC860LP3E is a BiCMOS ultra-low noise quad output voltage regulator. It has an externally decoupled low-noise bandgap reference for the best close-range noise performance. The high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) in the range of 0.1 MHz to 10 MHz can excellently suppress the previous switching regulator noise.
