S25FL256SAGMFIR01 is a 256MB MirrorBit® flash nonvolatile memory CMOS 3V core with multi-function I/O serial peripheral interface and multiple I/O. Supports traditional SPI 1-bit serial input and output and optional 2-bit and 4-bit serial commands. This multi-width interface is called SPI Multi I/O or MIO.
