Multi-functional and powerful flux is suitable for welding auxiliary of stainless steel galvanized sheet, nickel, copper, iron, and other metals (except aluminum). It can be used for welding various stainless steel products, 18650 lithium batteries, large lithium battery cells, small stainless steel devices, copper and iron small parts, etc.; in the production fields of advertising characters, battery pole pieces, clock instruments, precision components, toy models, medical equipment, etc. It can be welded quickly, has quick results, and is environmentally friendly.

Instructions:

1) Make sure that the welding part is dry and clean without oil and oxidation.

~Clean up the welding part as much as possible before welding; scrape it with a scraper or wipe it with alcohol.

2) Please use a high-power electric soldering iron.

~The temperature is around 350-400℃, and the soldering iron tip can be pointed or horseshoe, etc., during heat transfer and welding.

~Soft pack batteries need a soldering iron starting from 200W, and large batteries need a soldering iron starting from 500W.

3) Heat the part to be welded first.

~The tip of the soldering iron sticks to the welding part for a few seconds and then quickly sends the tin to the soldering point, and the welding is completed.

Reminder: During the soldering process, the soldering iron should not leave the metal surface; keep heating, solder while it is hot, and keep the tin wire as continuous as possible.

Use steps (take welding battery as an example):

1) Drop the flux on the cotton swab;

2) Wipe the positive terminal of the battery repeatedly with a cotton swab with flux;

3) Weld the welding wire on the positive end;

4) Welding is complete.
