MCU-Application Specific 16 bit, 68HC16, 16 MHz, 1 KB RAM/1 MB Program, 2.7 V to 3.6 V in, QFP-132
MC68HC16Z1CEH16 is a 16-bit high-speed microcontroller control unit, constructed by standard modules through a common internal bus interface. Standardization facilitates the rapid development of equipment customized for specific applications. The system hardware and software allow the clock frequency to be changed during operation. Since the MCU is a completely static design, the contents of registers and memory are not affected by changes in the clock rate. The Inter-Module Bus (IMB) is a standardized bus designed to facilitate the design of modular microcontrollers. It contains circuits that support exception handling, address space partitioning, multiple interrupt levels, and vectored interrupts.
