TC4426ACPA is a dual-inverting high-speed power MOSFET driver, which has a high degree of latch-up resistance under any conditions within its rated power and voltage range. When noise spikes up to 5V appear on the ground pin, it will not be damaged. It can accept up to 500mA of reverse current to be forced back to their output without causing damage or logic confusion. All terminals are fully protected to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD) up to 4kV. The TC4426A MOSFET driver can easily charge/discharge a 1000pF gate capacitance in less than 30ns.
