The ISL8120IRZ integrates two voltage-mode leading-edge modulation controls and an input feed-forward synchronous buck PWM controller to control dual independent or two-phase single-output regulators. It also integrates current sharing control to enable parallel operation of power modules, thus providing high system flexibility. The ISL8120 internal oscillator is adjustable from 150kHz to 1.5MHz and can be synchronized to an external clock signal for frequency synchronization and parallel phase applications.
