Ultra-low power consumption active low reset IC with programmable delay and 1% reset threshold
The LP3470A438DBVR device is a micro-power voltage monitoring circuit designed to monitor the voltage within 1% of the reset threshold overheating and is pin-compatible with the existing TI device LP3470. The LP3470A438DBVR device provides accurate nanopower voltage monitoring with programmable delay.
1. 5-pin SOT-23 package
2. Open drain reset output
3. Programmable reset timeout period using external capacitor
4. Not affected by short VCC transients
5. ±1% reset threshold accuracy (typical value)
6. Ultra-low quiescent current (typical value is 0.3 µA)
7. RESET is valid as low as VCC = 0.95 V
