M24C02-FMH6TG is an electrically erasable programmable memory (EEPROM), these devices are compatible with all I²C modes, and the power supply range is 2.5 V to 5.5 V up to 40kHz. M24C02-FMH6TG is guaranteed to work within the temperature range of -40°C/+125°C and meets the automotive standard AEC-Q100 Class 1.
