S25FL128SAGNFI001 is a 128Mb Flash-NOR non-volatile memory with SPI interface. This is a MirrorBit® flash nonvolatile memory CMOS 3V core with multi-function I/O serial peripheral interface and multiple I/O. It has a 1024-byte security one-time program (OTP) array. FL serial flash memory provides fewer pins to reduce system cost, while providing the best read/write performance.
