LM309H is a complete 5V regulator manufactured on a single silicon chip. They are designed for the local adjustment of digital logic cards, eliminating the distribution problems associated with single-point adjustment. These devices are offered in two standard transistor packages. Using TO-3 power package, the available output current is greater than 1A.
