AT25640B-XHL-B is a 65536-bit standard SPI serial electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), each with 8192 words and 8 bits. The device is optimized for many industrial and commercial applications where low power consumption and low voltage operation are essential. It is enabled through the chip select pin and accessed through a 3-wire interface consisting of serial data input, serial data output, and serial clock. All programming cycles are fully self-timed, and no separate erase cycle is required before writing.
