23K256-I/SN is a 256K SPI bus low-power serial SRAM device. The memory is accessed through a simple serial peripheral interface (SPI) compatible serial bus. The communication with the device can be suspended through the hold pin (hold). When the device is suspended, the transition on its input will be ignored, except for chip select, allowing the host to service higher priority interrupts.
