HX3608 power boost chip / LN3608 Step Up Regulator
The B628 is a tiny, constant frequency, high efficiency, step-up DC/DC regulator for small, low power applications on E12 hash board. The circuit consists of a current mode PWM control loop, error amplifier, ramp compensation circuit, comparator, and power switch. The chip can work efficiently and stably in a wide load range, with a built-in 4A power switch and soft-start protection circuit. Up to 93% conversion efficiency can effectively extend battery life. The output voltage can be set by adjusting two external resistors. Includes undervoltage lockout, current limit, and thermal overload protection to prevent damage in the event of an output overload.
