TC4427EOA

TC4427EOA is a 1.5A dual high-speed power MOSFET driver. The TC4427 device has matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gate of the MOSFET.

The device has a high degree of latch-up resistance under any conditions within its rated power and voltage range. All terminals have full electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection up to 2.0kV. The TC4427EOA MOSFET driver can easily charge/discharge a 1000pF gate capacitance in less than 30ns. The device provides low enough impedance in both on and off states to ensure that the expected state of the MOSFET will not be affected, even if it is affected by a large transient.
