RS3236-1.8YF5 low power consumption, low dropout, CMOS LDO, 1.8V input operating voltage, can provide up to 500mA output current. It is located on the Whatsminer control board. The RS3236 family of devices is specifically designed to meet the requirements of RF and analog circuits, providing low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and low line and load transient response. Features include a 10nA logic-controlled shutdown mode, foldback current limit, and thermal shutdown protection. The RS3236-1.8YF5 is available in a green SOT23-5 package with an ambient operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
