AZ431-A is a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator located on the Avalon board, which can guarantee thermal stability over the entire operating range, and the silkscreen mark is EA1. Its sharp turn-on characteristics, low-temperature coefficient, and low output impedance make it an ideal replacement for Zener diodes in applications such as switching power supplies, chargers, and other adjustable voltage regulators. The AZ431AN-ATRE1 is available in two voltage tolerances of 0.4% and 0.8%, and it comes in a SOT23 package.
Feature:
• Programmable accurate output voltage from 2.5V to 36V.
• High stability under capacitive load
• Low Temperature Offset: 4.5mV (Typical).
• Low equivalent full-range temperature coefficient (20PPM/°C typical).
• Sink current capability from 1mA to 100mA.
• Low output noise
• Wide operating range from -40 to +125°C
Applications:
• Charger
• Voltage adapter
• Switching power supply
• Graphic card
• Precision voltage reference
