IR4426SPBF is a low-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver. Proprietary latch immune CMOS technology can realize a rugged and durable monolithic structure. The logic input is compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output. The output driver has a high pulse current buffer stage, which is designed to minimize driver cross-conduction. The propagation delay between the two channels is matched.
