Keep power on the hashboard,test the voltage of RI,BO,RST,CO,CLK to find out the abnormal chip and repalce it. Or the temp sensor error. Configrate the right temp sensor file.

Confirm if the 0.9V voltage is normal. If not, measure the VDD-to-ground of the chip. If possible, remove the chip and perform measurements.
When a single chip reads less than 458 instead of the expected 912, even after replacing it with 4-5 different chips, what could be the source of this problem?

The control board or hashboard is broken, or the eeprom data is deleted. Program the eeprom data with code editor and then do the single-board test with the fixture.
