IS42S16160G-7TLI is a 256Mb synchronous DRAM that uses pipeline architecture to achieve high-speed data transmission. All input and output signals are referenced to the rising edge of the clock input. 256Mb SDRAM is a high-speed CMOS dynamic random access memory designed to run in 3.3V Vdd and 3.3V Vddq memory systems containing 268,435,456 bits. All signals are recorded on the positive edge of the clock signal CLK. All inputs and outputs are compatible with LVTTL.
