The M95M01-DFMN6TP device is an electrically erasable programmable memory (EEPROM) organized as 131072 x 8 bits, which can be accessed via the SPI bus. M95M01-R can work in a power supply range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V, and M95M01-DF can work in a power supply range of 1.7 V to 5.5 V. These devices are guaranteed within the temperature range of -40 °C/+85 °C. M95M01-DF provides an extra page called the logo page (256 bytes).
