MCP1401T-E/OT is a high-speed inverting MOSFET driver that can provide a peak current of 500mA. The device also has low shoot-through current, matched rise/fall time and propagation delay, making it ideal for high switching frequency applications. The device operates from a single 4.5 to 18V power supply and can easily charge and discharge a 470pF gate capacitance within 19ns (typical value). Provide a sufficiently low impedance in the on and off states to ensure that the expected state of the MOSFET will not be affected, even if it is affected by large transients. The device has a high degree of latch-up resistance under any conditions within its rated power and voltage range.
